Toned……….god how I hate that word. If you want to drop bodyfat, you need to create a negative energy balance - eat less calories than you burn; this involves either eating less or moving more (preferably both). Download the fitday app; plug in your age, height, weight, and activity levels, plug in everything you eat on a daily basis - and make sure you’re eating at least 500 calories less than your total daily energy expenditure - I’d also recommend getting in no less than .8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight (to preserve muscle mass), and no less than .3 grams of fat per pound of bodyweight (so hormone production won’t be negatively effected).
